Lightening moisturiser

Hi,


I am looking for a moisturiser or any cream really that would potentially lighten my skin half a shade to a shade.

I have light brown skin, with yellow undertone. I don't want any hydroquinone as it is illegal in the UK.



Does something like this exist? Just a simple cream that I would apply daily and would even my skin tone and perhaps even lighten it.


Please help.
